YND FACTORY aims to become the leading CAMPUS in Africa for creative and cultural entrepreneurship.
YND FACTORY aims to bridge the gap between African and European creative industries, by promoting innovation through collaborative projects, capacity-building programmes and access to markets.
YND FACTORY aims to promote job creation for young people, the empowerment of African cultural and creative entrepreneurs, and economic growth.
YND FACTORY is conceived as a physical campus and a virtual platform where the creative industries (music, fashion, cinema, architecture, digital arts, gastronomy, sport, etc.) meet technology, thus promoting collaboration between African and European entrepreneurs, artists and digital content creators.

Organisation of incubation and acceleration programmes that support job creation.
- Training courses: focusing on entrepreneurship and job creation, the programmes will include business modelling, management, digital marketing and intellectual property protection.
- Digital bootcamps: learn the basics of coding, digital and AI to enable the use of technology in creative projects
- Circular economy workshops: programmes focused on educating creatives in sustainable business models and eco-responsible practices
- Mentoring: entrepreneurs will also benefit from mentoring by leaders in the creative and technology industries.

Co-Creation and Design
Co-Creation and Design
CREA-TECH: co-working spaces provided to encourage collaboration and the development of joint ventures at the crossroads of culture and tech.
Product design and creation: focus on the creation of technological products and services such as virtual reality experiences based on African art or AI-generated music inspired by traditional African musical rhythms, or other transmedia projects.

Exchange and Circulation
Exchange and Circulation
Residences for artists: hosting African and European artists to encourage intercultural collaborations merging music, art and design, music, etc. The HUB will offer spaces, resources and networking opportunities.
Cultural events and festivals: regular events showcasing the work created at YND FACTORY, where music, technology and art come together, such as live performances enhanced by virtual reality or digital art.
Interactive exhibitions: immersive exhibitions where visitors experience African culture in an innovative way through augmented reality and immersion.

Production and Distribution
Production and Distribution
Multimedia production spaces: provision of equipped studios to enable artists to produce and make music, films and creations using cutting-edge technologies. This would also enable collaboration between African and European creators, and collaboration with technology companies.
Distribution platforms: technical and technological support for artists and creators enabling them to reach a wider audience in Africa and Europe.

Financing and Market access
Financing and Market access
Investment and partnership initiatives: creating funds or partnerships with investors and companies to unlock financing for creative start-ups, developing tax-shelter or similar projects to provide access to the capital needed for growth and job creation.
Market Access Programmes: helping African entrepreneurs connect to European markets and vice versa, by offering resources such as export-readiness workshops, legal advice and partnership networks on both continents.

Sustainability, impact and evaluation
Sustainability, impact and evaluation
YND FACTORY will encourage sustainable development by promoting the use of environmentally responsible materials, ethical practices and the principles of the circular economy in the creative industries.
YND FACTORY will contribute to youth employment and social inclusion, offering marginalised communities the opportunity to participate in creative economic growth in Africa.
YND FACTORY will measure the impact of its activities through:
Key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of jobs created, businesses formalised, and collaborations between African and European creatives.
Feedback loops from participants and partners to adjust programmes and maximise results.
