Talent accelerator


Launched in 2021, the Pépites-Académie is a talent accelerator supporting entrepreneurs in the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCI) according to their stage of development: seed funding, scaling support, training, etc.

Each edition of the Pépites-Académie is launched within the framework of FORAFRICC, and unfolds as follows:

  • Call for applications: Open to all existing companies and projects led by young entrepreneurs (under 35 years old). A cohort of up to 20 projects is selected. Winners are introduced at FORAFRICC during a dedicated session.
  • 3-month programme: Winners participate in an intensive programme at the YND Factory, which runs concurrently with their professional activities. The programme includes workshops designed to amplify their impact, covering topics such as management, marketing, and project management.
  • Connecting to an ecosystem: Winners are integrated into the FYNICC ecosystem, granting them access to experts and resources from diverse backgrounds, engaged in missions related to entrepreneurship and sustainability.
  • Impact and influence: The Pépites-Académie emphasises the development of participants’ leadership and systemic thinking, equipping them to address complex entrepreneurial challenges in the context of digital and ecological transformation.
